These terms apply to your use of the Security Links website and to the services we provide across the Greater Toronto Area. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide security system design, installation, support and monitoring. Specific work, equipment and coverage are defined in the quote and agreement we provide for your project.
Quotes are based on a site survey and the information you provide, and are valid for the period stated. Final pricing may change if the scope, site conditions or equipment requirements change. Any package figures shown on this site are starting points, not fixed prices.
Installation and service require safe, timely access to your property. Rescheduling or delays caused by access issues may affect timelines and costs.
Our installation workmanship is warranted as described in your agreement. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modification.
Where monitoring is provided, response follows the plan agreed with you. Monitoring depends on working equipment, power and internet connectivity at your property, which are your responsibility to maintain unless otherwise agreed.
No security system can guarantee prevention of every incident. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
