Meet the founder
The person behind Security Link
When Ch. Masood Duggal arrived in Canada in 2007, he started from scratch in a new country with a fresh perspective. Rather than cutting corners, he spent the next decade investing in formal technical training, earning his CompTIA A+ certification in IT and network infrastructure while completing Human Resources management studies to build a professional, customer-first operation from the ground up.
The education that shaped Security Link most came directly from the field: thousands of hours surveying properties, pulling high-grade cabling, configuring secure IP camera networks, and solving the unique security challenges GTA homeowners face every day.
By 2017, after seeing profits prioritized over protection by large corporate providers, he knew GTA families deserved better. Security Link was founded on that conviction. Nine years later, the business operates with that exact same standard: Ch. Masood Duggal personally oversees every project, answers his own phone, and treats your home with the care he would treat his own.
